MORNING HATHA  8 am SATURDAYS

Awaken the body and spirit in this JOYFUL morning class. You will enjoy a smooth energizing flow promoting a heightened sense of awareness and wellbeing to begin your day. An all-levels class. ONE HOUR

YOGA SCULPT 5 pm MONDAYS

Yoga Sculpt uses hand weights to strengthen your yoga practice by toning and shaping your body.  Combining strength training with yoga will create lean muscle mass, increases bone density, build stamina, rev up your metabolism, and of course, strengthen your yoga practice. ONE HOUR

GENTLE RESTORATIVE 6:30 pm MONDAYS

Begin the evening with a gentle yoga practice of mindful movement, attention to breath and self awareness. The class will conclude with deep restorative poses. Leave with a sense of calm BLISS. Perfect for an end of the day practice. ONE HOUR

GENTLE HATHA 9:30 am WEDNESDAYS (begins May 1, 2019)

A balanced combination of sustained poses flowing in a mindful progression.  Intended to provide you some breathing room and stress reduction. All-levels welcome. ONE HOUR

GENTLE FLOW 4 p.m. THURSDAYS

A gentle yoga practice of mindful movement, attention to breath and self awareness. Leave with a sense of calm BLISS. ONE HOUR

BEGINNERS 5:30 pm THURSDAYS

Beginners level (slower pace) with a slight focus on balance, muscle activation, flexibility and breath work. Glide through fluid motions and calming breathing technique. ONE HOUR

MEDITATE AND RESTORE 6:30 pm SUNDAYS (first Sunday of the month only)

Take this Sunday evening as a time to reset your body and mind. As you journey through restorative yoga poses, you will be able to let you let go of tension within the body. Then, engage in a meditation that will bring ease of mind, helping to let go of cares and worries.   All levels welcome. ONE HOUR

 

 
The Yoga Loft in Marinette is such a lovely space, and sensorily pleasing in every way. Obvious care has been put into the delightful decor, the soothing music, and the gentle aroma. After months of physical therapy following a broken shoulder, I still had pain and stuggled with mobility. With approval from my doctor, I decided to try yoga in the hopes of improving the situation. Knowing that Wendy at the Yoga Loft is also a registered nurse gave me comfort that I wouldn’t further injure myself. I find Wendy’s instuction to be thorough and informative, and I am easily able to keep pace while also not feeling that I am overdoing. Besides the physical element, there is a wonderful mental element to Wendy’s practice. Her calm manner and inspirational approach instill peace and a sense of wellbeing. Even though my work is hectic and I have been in the midst of planning my wedding, with Wendy’s instruction I can better manage my stress. I’ve taken yoga classes before but never with an instructor that so clearly wants each individual to have a meaningful experience.
